knitting ideas for beginners

hi everyone, I'm a newbie, I've knit befor, just the really simple ones, like scarves or baby blankets.

I just bought a multicolored cake yarn, because it looks gorgeous, but idk what to make with it!

Does anyone have any idea what to make!! Or maybe know where to get ideas?

Multi-colored cake yarns are beautiful and so much fun!
I imagine those colors will shine when you make a simple shawl or a basic garter stitch cowl, without being too complicated!
For ideas, I'd suggest looking at Ravelry.com, they got an amazing resource with tons of patterns.
You can filter by yarn weight and type, which would be perfect for finding something that works with your new yarn.
